Sebastian was very attentive. Helped me do what I needed to get my phone paid off and unlocked. Helped me review options for hotspots and what not for getting my work done where ever. I appreciate him a lot!

Trash customer service they were trying to rip me off when I was trying to buy phone beside taxes. They were charging me activation fee fees. There’s no activation fee policy from ATT When you upgrading the device, their black guy is so rude when I told him to not to open the phone and he purposely opened it and canceled my transaction. Poor service. Y’all are fob

Went to trade in my phone, and thought that was all I had done, but received multiple emails from AT&T with additional add-ons applied to my account that I never authorized. Add-ons were not even listed on my receipt. At no point during the transaction was I informed that add-ons would be added to my account. I am glad I was notified before the $20 cell phone insurance charge hit my account. I had the customer service rep provide a quote for my monthly bill following the trade in and at no point were the additional charges mentioned. Sketchy - do not recommend.
