After 23 years of being with AT&T, I have had some issues at certain points but I do appreciate that people like Tracy make it seem worth it. Employees like her validate my loyalty to this cell phone company.

Came in with a messed up SIM card and couldn’t make calls. Shout out and thank you to Miss Letsy Jimenez for going above and beyond for me! She was very patient with me during a peak hour , also was very helpful with putting my new screen protector on :)
