Whenever I have phone issues I always visit this location. They are always patient and explain what’s wrong or how to fix it for next time. They have the most helpful staff, they really know what they’re doing here.

Today I walked in to exchange my watch. I was told to call customer service, that they could not help me there. To make a long story short…. Went two times to the store, called two times to customer service. Loyalty department said the store could absolutely do the exchange for me, that since I bought the item there and walked out with it, they had to do the exchange. The store refused to. I even spoke to one manager Karla, and she wouldn’t let me speak to the other manager. She said he was gone for the day, when the person who answered said he was on a call. ??♀️ I will never understand why customer service people don’t go above and beyond to give great service. They are just employees not the owners of the place, they don’t loose anything by trying a bit more, or overwriting to make it happen. I will never step foot into this store again!

The young lady that helped me was amazing. I felt like I could really relate to her. She was kind and patient, and she made sure that all of my needs were met. This is one of the reasons why I continue to be a part of the AT&T family! You go girl! And keep up the good work!

I just recently moved my business account from T-Mobile to AT&T the agent that help me took care of every and was able to get my all the offers that I was trying to get and bring all my devices and fit me in the best plan I could get! I am very happy with the service and the value I am getting this agent needs to be recognized because she took the transaction over and help me a lot her name was Tracy! If you need help in anything either business she is the right person very professional and attentive to me and my business and value my time and now I have my own sales representative that is will come to if I need to add more lines!Visit her and she will find you the deal!

I was in store yesterday. Not my usual store but it is now. Great, friendly staff. Very acknowledge. The manager Olga assisted me with saving money on my account with better plan and a free apple watch for being a First Responder! So sweet and caring you can't find people like that now a days. Sales guy Andray was so pleasant as well.

We just moved our biz and residence here from WI..we had att years ago and HATED it. Thought we'd give them another try-different state /rules. I was completely wrong. They are worse than ever-3 phones $300/month and an encyclopedia of a bill. We've been to the "store" many times..each time getting a different answer and supposed "fix". Find out previous clerk moved us from the top tier to the bottom. No one told us this of course...and no one at the store knows anything. They tell you to call customer service. Of course customer service had the perfect solution-spend more money. The employees at these "stores" are there simply to push continuous selling..even when you tell them to cancel EVERYTHING. They aren't there to actually solve anything other than the problem of increasing sales at any cost. Go elsewhere guys this conglomerate is 100% shysty. MODERATOR. Please no ridiculous inaccurate excuses-own your cos bad behavior

If I could give them 0 star I would. The people at this place are the worst at customer service, the guy that was talking to us was also on his phone all the time. The girl working there also looked that she was miserable and didn't enyoyed her job. Terrible experience.
