Ayvid was so helpful. I came in for a battery replacement, I only had the battery for two years. Luckily I had a three year warranty and was able to get a brand new battery no charge. Ayvid was a huge help, he changed out my battery quickly even in the Houston heat. He explained what the issue was and was great.
