I came in to repair/purchase my bake rear bulb and top head bulb. Ronni was above and beyond helpful. He's a great team player and awesome representation of autozone.
Ronni, reminded me today that there are still persons out there who love their jobs and be very helpful!

Kevin and Angelina were wonderful. I called about the warranty on my dying battery and was informed that today was the day my three year warranty would expire. I should have had the rest of the day to exchange it but in their computer it was listed as past expiration. But Store manager Kevin agreed to exchange it anyway. My registration expired this month. When dealing with costs to get my truck ready to pass, being saddled with a cost a $300 battery would have been difficult. They could have denied my exchange but they didn’t. I am very grateful for the customer service I received.

The employee Nikki is very helpful, she's nice and knows her job well. I can count on her to explain what I need for my car and tell me about the products in great detail making it easy for me to decide. I always suggest her to my friends when going there to get a great experience.

Mr Kevin really helped me understand what was wrong with my battery. I came in to ask for a battery check and the first thing he pointed out was the latches on battery was not secure. He secured them on and checked my battery . Thankfully everything turned out great! Great guy
