I had a truly disappointing experience at Budget Rental. The female agent (blonde braids, Crocs, no belt) was beyond unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She didn’t even greet me properly. Instead of a polite introduction, she gave me a dismissive hand gesture, clearly showing her lack of respect for a paying customer.
What followed was worse. She walked out of the establishment, cursing loudly on the phone while my movers and I were left standing there, feeling uncomfortable and tense, as if a fight might break out. When she finally returned, she didn’t acknowledge us or offer any sort of apology for her behavior. Instead, she rudely demanded my name without even saying “May I have your name?” She sounded like she was barking orders, as if she had some kind of power over me.
Her overall demeanor was completely disrespectful, and her attitude left a lasting bad impression on me. This is not the standard of service I expect from a reputable company like Budget.
To contrast, the black male agent who checked me in was wonderful. He was respectful, courteous, and professional. His energy was high, and he acknowledged me right away, making the rest of the experience much better.
Budget really needs to look into the behavior of this woman, as her actions are completely unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of the company. If she continues like this, Budget may find themselves losing more customers.

I had an amazing experience with Avis, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Frank Neal the manager. Frank went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, from finding the perfect vehicle to handling last-minute changes with care and professionalism. His attentiveness, kindness, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend this Avis location, especially with incredible team members. Thank you, for your outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The customer representative was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the process of getting the car I wanted seamless and enjoyable. Additionally, the location offered a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, which made finding the perfect car even easier.

OJOOOOO with this place they don't speak Spanish. They rent you the car, they deduct the 200 from the fund and they don't give it back to you, then they say that they never deducted it from your card. Pure tangle

The customer service was great. But for as the rentals they only give u 300 miles. And .25 for each additional mile. That i was never told about. So therefore I paid way more then I was quoted when I brought the van back. Next time i will go to the airport where it's unlimited mileage

I'm rating it a 5 start based on the 2 men that work there, customer service is great. They are friendly and helpful.
On another note. Our first rental had either dog or cat hair. My daughter is allergic to both. She started itching and sneezing after we had taken off already. So we noticed too late about the pet hair on the back seats.
My second rental reeked in smoke smell.
Like I said, customer service is great. I just think they need to do better on cleaning the vehicles.

Nice ride, nice rental but make sure you tell them you want a military discount, even if you are talking about your military experience, or you don’t get one

I like the service I receive great conversations took care of my needs. I had to do a rewrite in my contract I brung the vehicle from omaha Nebraska while my car is being repaired it’s been over a month and it’s still in shop I got a very great rate for my vehicle in omaha I kept the same vehicle after the rewrite however when I came to this location the rates weren’t as good and I know people can manually type the price they are allowed to do however in this situation I had to return the vehicle due to it being way unaffordable for me ?? so now I am seeking other options while my vehicle is still being prepared I don’t think I will be returning to this location again due too the huge inconvenience this has caused

From the reservation to actually picking up and dropping off the rental the experience was flawless. I was in and out in a few minutes which helps in a world where we are all very busy.

Frank and Derrick do a fantastic job of providing excellent service. They’ve been there to deal with every concern I’ve had since my five months of renting from his office. Terrible service and degrading attention. They don't speak Spanish in a city with so many Latin Americans, it is inexcusable. They cannot give you a simple written quote. Bad customer service.
