Ball & Chain CrossFit is a welcoming gym where staff and owners take time to get to know each member. Members are respectful and supportive of each other. The instructors are highly praised, and the facilities, equipment, and classes are impressive. Many members have been with the gym for years and feel it is the best place for their fitness journey.

I joined Ball & Chain CrossFit about 6 months after they opened. I was immediately impressed with the staff, facilities, classes and new equipment. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
