everyone is so sweet at this location. probably one of the best locations i have visited and i have been banking here for a long time. every time i come in im welcomed warmly by the tellers and im always leaving with a smile. i love this branch!

Worst experience ever, if I could give negative stars i would from this branch!! Noe should be hired by fast food only, but not Chick Fila, as he has no customer service skills, he was rude from the start, and should not be working in a bank.

Lack respect for my time made an appointment for 4 and showed up on time to not have anybody tell me anything about why it was taking so long until 40mins had passed.

The employees here are very nosey. They will look into your accounts and assume what you are about to do with your withdrawal. Very unprofessional group. I would recommend not having face to face interactions and use the atm.

Extreeeeemely slow and lack of good customer service.I'm a 3 strikes and then you're out kind of person. (#1) I had called for a 2nd time (a week before and then a week later) prior to an in person visit because the business banker said he'd call back but never did each time, since he was so busy. It was a ghost town with five bankers available when I arrived 2 hours after my second call (note: said he'd call me back in1.5 hours). Giving the benefit of doubt on the calls, I let those go. (#1.25) After waiting for a long time in the lobby for the single other customer to be addressed, the banker said she could NOT cash my check as BBVA once did when it was made out to both me personally and my company but she said PNC cannot allow that anymore, when I have four existing accounts with PNC. I mentioned they had done it before... good checks too! (#1.5) Finally, another banker chimed in to troubleshoot and give ideas but she also strangely claimed they could not trace it or find me if the check was bad, which is weird, I have been scammed before by a bad check in past while banking with PNC and I paid handsomely for that fiasco - they knew where to pull money from! (#2) I also wanted to start a new business and savings account - which would make 6 accounts with PNC. So I asked to speak to a manager and she was rude and kept repeating herself like a robot saying we cannot do that and the business banker you asked for went downstairs, he's the only one who can, when all she could have done was ask for assistance from any other banker walking around or give me her manager's business card if truly not available. (#2.25) Finally, the business banker appeared after 15+ minutes and persisted to tell me that he couldn't open new business accounts with me because my LLC needs to be fully approved by the SoS. (#2.5) He asked me to email him a bunch of stuff prior when he was so busy, which I did, and he never responded to my email either let alone his promised phone calls back. (#2.75) Frustrated by that and further that he could have emailed me what else I needed then he said regulations disallow him to open the business accounts upon what I provided yet he could not cite which regulations/codes. I may seek another branch due to all of that. STRIKE # 3 TODAY... the same lady at the front chose to make phone calls than deal with people standing in lobby (2 of us). Finally, one guy left and the business banker at least came to try to assist. He got another lady to process a cashier's check which took an additional 10 minutes. I expressed to the lady after she got off the phone that I had been waiting for 30 minutes and she corrected me to 15min with a snarky attitude... when I know it was over 20 because I was on my break... my heavens, why am I the only person and it is taking well over 15 minutes for the easiest task and she cannot get off the phone? Does her response even make sense! Think twice before going here!

bank teller jessica was very rude shes a hispanic woman and was making remarks on us me and my mom for speaking spanish little did she knew we understand and speak english but we just wanted to communicate in spanish that day. she was no help at all my mom is a business owner with 3+ bank accounts on different banks and this bank has been the worst she has ever had. they hold to her deposit for 15 days & jessica just laugh on the phone with someone else stating that "she didnt understand us" we will not be making any more business with this bank! poor quality of service and employees.

This is the worst bank in the world!Don't go near him.They act like they are still in the 80's with fax machines.Unfortunately I risked my money with them and learned the hard way.

I have banked with BBVA, now PNC for a few years now. This particular branch is the worse experience I have had within the company. I usually go through the Drive-thru, but for whatever reason it was closed today forcing me to conduct business inside. The atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. The Bank Attendants are as cold as the atmosphere. The attitude of this Branch is pompous and pretentious. Not only was the Attendant not helpful, she was downright rude. Never smiled or made eye contact. I know we are masked, but you can still tell when a person is smiling. Horrible service!
