They rufesed to cash a check for contracting work and then not only that but we're extremely rude and dismissive
Mind you this is a check under 2k.
A picture of the tellers and their bad attitude pasted all over their faces.
I have nothing against this bank but do not go here to this location trust me.

Call the place several times no one answers...... Then when I get there no one wants to really help saying system is not working but it seems like to me they're just waiting until 1:00 gets here when they get off a simple answer of the phone call saying that the system was down would have saved so much time

Please do not go to this branch's ATM. It is malfunctioning almost EVERY DAY. It always needs repairs and will take your money!!!!

Atm is always broken ! & Today I went into the branch for a replacement card & the machine was not printing cards. Asked to speak to the branch manager , while talking to him 5 cards came out… such a major inconvenience

Just goto another branch don’t waste your time. ATMs are always broke, employees unclear, a manager that just sits at the desk and watches the whole branch fall apart.

My experience was directly correlated to my bank account statement and deposit amount. I didn’t even get a goodmorning bc I chose to deposit $12 that the atm didn’t take (out of my other bills). I felt like my experience and value as a customer is only as important as my bank account statement. Using a different branch.

I’m a customer at this bank, the only reason I gave them a three star is because I see potiential..for starters I don’t like the transition it’s so confusing and frustrating. Also, they need more help I mean one teller at the booth seriously and 2 bankers ugh!! And also the drive through is always closed.
