The Best Western Plus Northwest Inn & Suites offers clean and comfortable rooms, providing a decent and quiet stay. The location is convenient, with a good driving distance to many Houston areas and free parking in a safe-seeming area. Many guests found the staff to be nice and kind. However, experiences vary. Some guests reported issues with room maintenance, such as a very hard bed, a malfunctioning or dark television with an inconveniently placed sensor, and air conditioning units that required resetting at the plug. Isolated incidents of cleanliness, like hairs in the bathroom or a found bottle, were noted. A significant point of dissatisfaction for some was a policy prohibiting taking food to the rooms, which offended guests with specific needs or preferences. Service inconsistencies were also reported. Problems included key cards not working, a meager and tasteless breakfast that sometimes ran out, and a notable incident where a family was denied fresh towels and treated rudely by the front desk, leading them to cancel their stay. While many enjoyed a comfortable visit with a satisfactory breakfast, others felt the hotel was acceptable only for a quick, one-night stay given the price, suggesting room for improvement in guest relations and amenities.
This is a really convenient hotel for its neighborhood and is easy to travel to the rest of Houston.

It’s ok. The mattress is not very good, there is no good warm blanket, and the pillows and bedding could be better.

Our stay was great. Came 4hrs from Louisiana to a concert in the heights. The location was perfect it was in a good driving distance from everything in Houston. The staff was nice and the hotel itself was very clean a quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!
