Looking at the reviews for this place, I almost didn't book it. But I'm glad I did. Here is my take-away.
1: Apparently people don't understand hotels add an incidentals charge to your card, and you get that refunded a few days after you check out. This Best Western is $100, and the website clearly states it.
2: Don't lie about the number of guests in your room. If you have two people, put two people so they charge you accordingly. This hotel enforces that. Hotels charge by the number of occupants. That's how hotels work.
3: I stayed one night in room 202 - one of the little suite rooms. The room was immaculately clean. Any wall scuffs had been recently touched up, and even the caulk in and around the bathrooms was fresh and white.
The room I stayed in had a mini kitchen, cutlery, and silverware, but oddly, I didn't see and cookware if you needed it.
The mattress was clean, stain-free and bug free, with a mattress protector.
The linens - sheets, towels, etc - were all clean, white, fresh and new.
The bath amenities in my suite, while being from a generic hospitality supply house, were a higher end line from the supplier. So not exactly brand name, but a higher quality line from the supply house.
There are k-cup brewers in room, and my room had folgers k-cups.
The internet is comcast, and it worked well enough. I was able to hook up my roku and stream netflix at 1080p60 with no issues.
The Samsung TVs in my room were fairly new and large.
There is a sundry shop next to the front desk with snacks, drinks and frozen meals for purchase.
The AC units had both continuous fan and auto mode, and also a high and low mode for the blower. You can set it to low at night for a nice background white-noise to help you sleep.
There are many thoughtful touches around the room - the lamps all have a light diffuser on top of them, the outlet in the bedroom had a nightlight shining against the carpet so you could see if you had to get up in the middle of the night, there are outlets at bed height on the wall, and in the lamps, there is a hard-wire station at the desk if you want to plug into the network instead of using wifi, etc.
This was a very clean, very well maintained property. It was hard to believe it was 11 years old - it still looked shockingly new. It is decorated and appointed tastefully everywhere you look.
The staff, what limited interaction I had with them, was all pleasant. Everyone was helpful, polite and friendly.
That being said, here are a couple of nit-picks:
1: The omelette station was not open during breakfast during my stay. Maybe it's closed on the weekends, not sure. Otherwise, breakfast was very good. There were numerous options - eggs, waffles (fresh made), muffins, toast, sausage, new potatoes with peppers, tortillas filled with egg and cheese, yogurt with a ton of topping options, cereals, etc. The eggs on the buffet looked freshly cooked from real eggs, not like some powdered egg mix.
2: There was no water available on the breakfast bar. They had apple juice, orange juice, and coffee, but no water. A pitcher of iced water would have been nice.
3: The website for the property states they have an onsite restaurant and bar. They were closed during my stay so I ventured elsewhere to grab dinner and a couple of cocktails.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I hadn't been at a Best Western since 2008 because I had a very bad experience at one in New Jersey and it totally soured me on the brand. But this property - the owners apparently lovingly take care of it. You can see everywhere you look that they are constantly re-investing back into the property upkeep.

Great place to stay, had an amazing stay this weekend. Bala at the front desk is a sweet person, Bala helped and answered questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The breakfast is great and rooms and motel is super clean. I will definitely stay at this Best Western again and highly recommend.

Exceptional! When I went here in January of 2023, it was very amazing and service was going its usual path. The breakfast tasted amazing, and the room quality was exceptional. The little store near the office is quiet and has lots of snacks. But the location really takes the star off to be honest. But overall not a bad hotel!

A well maintained & quite hotel. Costco & Costco Gas are nearby which is good if you are a member.
Room was very spacious. Smelled fresh & washroom was clean. TV is a bit dated so remember that the remote buttons can actually work in all directions or else you will think tv does not work.
The hotel looks brand new, very clean & spacious. They have water fountains & lime water in the lobby along with a basic coffee machine.
Breakfast is good & had the option of choose your own omellete which was cooked fresh.
Coffee lovers will be disappointed as there is no professional coffee machine. So, no espresso, frapaccino, hot chocolate options.
Overall, a good hotel. We will stay again if we are in the area.

My card was charged 6 weeks ahead of my reservation. The lady on the phone never would allow me to speak nd kept rudely cutting me off when asked her questions. Seemed strange as to why they would work with credit cards so far in advance. No call from the “manager” whose schedule changes daily. Be cautious and use booking.com to book.

The rooms were perfect for our needs. Customer service went above and beyond to meet our needs. The evening front desk clerk / parking lot security team was present. Breakfast was decent, but do visit "First Watch" restaurant for some amazing breakfast food. Some fitness center equipment need repairs, and the pool is disgusting. Major disappointment as i brought my swim trunks with me ready to take a dip. However, it was affordable stay and near the mall / restaurants.

I stay a BW all the time. This one was not the best, the rooms are nice and big. But the customer service is bad. Staff are not welcoming at all. They also do some weird like block the parking lot at night. Overall I would not stay here again.

I give this place two stars the hotel is nice but I don’t like the customer service.At all if you stay there please don’t use your bank card or any type of card for your deposit!!!!!!!! I use a prepaid card for my deposit! The girl told me the deposit for the room would be 100$ she also told me i could not pay the deposit in cash which is a lie because I previously stay here back in June for my daughter graduation. I handed the young lady a 100$ bill cash i got it back after checking out no problem cool. But this particular stay she was so adamant about me using my bank card for the deposit i questioned why? She said I could pay a cash deposit at the moment they doing all deposits on a credit card now! Ok cool so I left put is exactly 125$ on my prepaid card. I came back check into my room she told me it will be a 100$ deposit that’s it!!! So later on I checked my card it was 115$ transactions on my card from them i went down to the front desk show the guy at the desk he said he didn’t know why it did that but don’t worry you get the money back on ur card when you check out ok cool. I left that card alone i ain’t use it no more because i used prepaid cards for a reason. So I check out my room the lady said the deposit was going to be back on my card within 24/48 hours i said ok I wait a few days call up there the manager said system down he called me back never did so i waited another day call again now the girl said give it 5 days it should be on there! I wait now 8 days still no money back on my card she going to tell me look at your transaction history if the payment disappeared that means we did not charge you🙄 but we only put a deposit hold on ur card. I said ok a hold get released back to you which I never received she started be rude talking me down like i didn’t understand! I understand clearly y’all stole 100$ from me i used a prepaid card for a reason I know what I put on that card and I know what comes off I’m not illiterate. Good thing i did not use my regular bank card. And it’s been going on two weeks the manager still ain’t call so don’t use no cards for the deposit there talking your money!
