Beyond her technical skill, Bettina has an impeccable artistic eye. She suggested adding an oversized bow to one of my wedding dresses, and that single idea instantly transformed the look into something that felt completely couture. I also purchased my veil from her, and it was absolutely perfect.

I called in to see if they carried two of my dream dresses and not only did they but they also had them in my size, a huge plus for a plus size girl! Ventura’s has a HUGE selection of gowns, even for the plus size bride, not once did I feel defeated that I wouldn’t find something in my size.
From the moment I walked in my AMAZING stylist, Allison, made me feel so comfortable and so calm, even when I started to get overwhelmed by all the gowns she was quick to center me. After getting to try on all of my picks of gowns Allison went through each gown and found out what I liked and didn’t like about what I had picked then went and found me some new gowns to try on, her second pick was my yes dress and it wasn’t even one of my “dream” dresses! It really is how they say, when you find your dress you just know!
I never felt rushed, I felt so welcomed, so pretty, Allison listened perfectly to me and my likes and dislikes. When I explained that I would more than likely be taking my dress to be altered somewhere closer to me I didn’t feel brushed off or like I was breaking some unspoken rule, Allison was very understanding and even gave me ways to find someone local to me and told me if I didn’t have any luck to let her know because she would do whatever she needed to, to help me out.
Truly a great experience I cannot wait for my gown to come in!!”
