“I was greeted by a rep who initially assisted me with the veils. However, another rep named Lady took over and helped me try on a dress that was very similar to one I had purchased at another store. The experience honestly made me wish I had stopped by David’s Bridal first! Everyone was so welcoming, and you really can’t beat the 30% off discount they’re offering right now. I walked out with a veil but may be back for another dress as well. Thank you.”

She tailored multiple pieces for my multi-day wedding—including three white wedding dresses and four heavily hand-beaded and embroidered Indian lehengas with their blouses—and every single piece fit flawlessly. Her craftsmanship is extraordinary; the level of precision and care she brings to her work is simply unmatched.
Beyond her technical skill, Bettina has an impeccable artistic eye. She suggested adding an oversized bow to one of my wedding dresses, and that single idea instantly transformed the look into something that felt completely couture. I also purchased my veil from her, and it was absolutely perfect.
She is incredibly talented, flexible with scheduling, and genuinely a joy to work with. Bettina even helped with smaller tailoring projects along the way, always bringing the same level of thoughtfulness, care, and artistry to everything she touches.

The team were so informative and patient, helping me try on dress after dress and helping me understand what style, material, and silhouette fits me best. Although I didn’t find my dress during my first appointment because I was so overwhelmed, I somehow found myself back with them to help me design an affordable custom dress!! I showed them 2 photos of dresses I liked (1 dress designed by Nanie) and asked them to put them together. “A 5 star rating is not enough for the bridal boutique!!! I waited until the last minute to select a dress, literally 45 before the wedding. This was the first shop I went to and they should have been the only shop. They have affordable, beautiful dresses. Much cheaper compared to other shops. I was able to find the perfect dress and have it customized with still 2 weeks to spare. I am still receiving compliments on how beautiful the dress is.”

I called in to see if they carried two of my dream dresses and not only did they but they also had them in my size, a huge plus for a plus size girl! Ventura’s has a HUGE selection of gowns, even for the plus size bride, not once did I feel defeated that I wouldn’t find something in my size.
From the moment I walked in my AMAZING stylist, Allison, made me feel so comfortable and so calm, even when I started to get overwhelmed by all the gowns she was quick to center me. After getting to try on all of my picks of gowns Allison went through each gown and found out what I liked and didn’t like about what I had picked then went and found me some new gowns to try on, her second pick was my yes dress and it wasn’t even one of my “dream” dresses! It really is how they say, when you find your dress you just know!
I never felt rushed, I felt so welcomed, so pretty, Allison listened perfectly to me and my likes and dislikes. When I explained that I would more than likely be taking my dress to be altered somewhere closer to me I didn’t feel brushed off or like I was breaking some unspoken rule, Allison was very understanding and even gave me ways to find someone local to me and told me if I didn’t have any luck to let her know because she would do whatever she needed to, to help me out.
Truly a great experience I cannot wait for my gown to come in!!”

“Had a great and seamless experience here. Have done walk ins and appointments until I found my dress there which they were super helpful in suggesting new different styles and suggesting styling. My tailor, Farina, was super sweet and left the dress perfect and ready for pickup by the second dress fitting. Farina was so helpful in pointing out how to best put it the dress on for the day of since I have both a corset and an additional skirt that I had to learn how to put on and she thought my mother how to do it as well. Overall super great experience”
