I want to give them 5 stars because they helped me a lot today shopping. Austin, a staff helped me carried a heavy mirror to my car. I was extremely happy and appreciate them because when I shopped at a Ross location the other day, they asked me to leave my cart with bunch of heavy stuffs and did not offer help.
