If I can give less than one star, I will. The staff here are the slowest you’ll ever come across? They take their sweet time to respond to you especially Victoria, she chats with customers as others are waiting and she takes her time while you are in a hurry. She even makes mistakes in my cashiers check and was giving attitude while correcting it. Use other branches unless it is absolutely necessary

Spoke to somebody on the phone since the page showed all dated unavailable ( for a completed month) rep told me to walk in, waited for 30 minutes for a costumer service rep to show up, never did.

If you ever need anything done apart from using a teller, do not go to this branch. Terrible service, they do not know much about their accounts and products, waiting line takes forever since the sign in ipad does not inform you or them when your turn is up

POS ATM either they aren’t accepting cash deposits, slow atm or touchscreen won’t respond. There’s been 3 instances where some money wasn’t counted during deposits, Up to $200. You may have better luck at the voss road but even then you run the risk as well. Been a customer for years and just recently the banking services have been horrid. Considering closing accounts and going to PNC

I didn’t know this was such a horrible bank . Very slow and understaffed. After waiting in line for 45 minutes I Couldn’t cash a $25 check because the check was not from capital one. Terry told me that he would be using my money from my account to cash this check. I’ve never had a problem cashing a check ever !

This bank in general has no respect for customers. I made a deposit of $971 and this bank later told me that I would have to wait until February 27. As if it were a large amount of money and then they call and they have you on hold for more than half an hour until the end without giving you a clear answer. I will close this account because it is not worth putting money in this incompetent bank.

I recently opened a checking account with Capitol One Bank, I’ve been a credit card customer and holder for over ten years. For some unknown reason my new checking account was being delayed, almost two weeks. So I stopped in to speak to a teller, her excuse about the delay was that Capitol One had to build rapport with me before making my new account available, wow, after ten years of being a credit card holder and they still don’t trust a customer. I believe the young lady assisting me simply lacks customer service integrity saying rapport needs to be established. She didn’t bother asking a manager or at least a supervisor to assist me and put my concerns at ease. My account finally became available but I’m still concerned about the poor customer service if people like this young lady are part of the Capitol One team.

Every time I step foot in this bank it’s always a headache. I always end up with the teller that’s in training, evidently Yvette is the bank manager so rude! It’s always a new task to complete when only making a deposit.
