I went to open a check account the gentleman that worked at the bank had attitude problem was kind of rude talking to me as well. Proceed to tell me that I cannot open the account in the store. I can only do it online. Also told me the weight was gonna be long so I just took it. He didn’t want my business and y’all didn’t either so this is why I’m leaving you a review and that was at your Aldine location Aldine Westfield location at 1960.

Absolutely no help, don't waste your time trying to get assistance with capital one credit, despite their app saying otherwise they can not and will not assist at all.

Had to set up some new accounts today and was greeted by Mr. Davion. He helped me through the entire process and was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely appreciate his time and help with this process. It was really smooth. 😊 10/10 recommend.

Capital one sucks. Can’t get a physical card anymore in person, can’t help with fraud, just a joke of a bank. Had 160k in my savings and now I’m transferring everything to chase.
Least they can take care of their customers.

Capital One has such few bank branches.
This one is good. Got a cashier's check for $10. I've used the inside ATM several times to deposit cash. Have never had a problem.

Opened a new account and had some issues with it due to an old account from 20 years ago. Ms. Terica stayed on the phone with multiple people/departments until she got the answer we needed to straighten out the issue.
Terica Dangerfield is awesome and a true professional! Great experience overall ?

Not an issue with this branch but the bank online and phone customer support. This is probably the most stress I’ve ever incurred trying to talk to a human being to help with a request. I have an auto loan with them which pretty much means if you can figure out how to help yourself, you’re screwed. If I had the opportunity to change banks I would. Definitely would recommend this bank to those wanting to cuss and throw their phone across the room.

They never smile or greet customers. They look like they hate their job and when they see clients waiting they just give you the look.(even management people)

Capital one bank itself not so great , I deposited a cashiers check . Which I thought is as good as cash but no it’s not . They told me it’s still a 2 day hold no matter what .. horrible

Went to get my Notary sign they pretty much told me to go to the courthouse. Crazy part is I told the lady who was helping me I had two partner same form got it sign at there bank. The information she gave me was true, but unfortunately the form that I had is something capital one notary should be able to take care of. I have a copy of the blank form too. If you would like to see it to retrain your workers a little more in this. Don't appreciate that I called in advance being informed to come on down that they will help me out. To be sent someplace else.

If I could give 0 star for this branch I would... The customer service was horrible.. The guy didn't even introduce himself not alone didn't help us what so ever. We got there at 12:30 pm and waited for 15 minutes and he was in a hurry to rush us out, so he kept giving me excuses that I would have to come back. At the end not once trying to get on the computer and help us, he said that what I was asking can't be completed. I would never go back there.

My 3 accounts got closed twice in 1 month for unknown reason. Capital One took it upon themselves to make account changes without any of my authorization. Never contacted me thru email, phone, or sms. Never gave an option to with draw my cash. They claim they mailed closeout checks. This waa in Dec.2023. I have only seen 1 check from my checking account and not even the check from my saving account. The amount closed out doesnt even resemble the original balance that was in my accounts before closeout and other unauthorized transaction. Capital one isnt a bank anymore!!!!!
