I’ve dealt with quite a few different chains of pawn shops in my life. The staff at the store are top-notch, great customer service, always friendly and always so helpful. They’re the BEST!!!

I've been dealing with this place for 15 years or so and I love them but they can't seem to keep their long time employees and these new people are rude and make too many mistakes with your money it's discouraging and makes you not want to return.
