The drive up ATM is not working again, after being gone for six months, and the vestibule has hours, so good luck if you need to access either ATM outside of banking hours.

A banker basically kicked me out stating I have to come back in two hours to co-sign a bank account and deposit a few dollars. Because they are “too busy”. Seriously???

Stood in an empty lobby while a black and Hispanic girl chatted it up and ignored me.I was here to open a massive account. Their loss but I doubt they care.

WORST experience I’ve ever had with any bank!! I recently opened a new account and deposited a check. I was told they were unable to verify the check and my account was shut down and I was not allowed access to any of my funds. When I got on the phone, the check was immediately verified and I was told I had to come to the nearest branch to receive my funds. They opened another account for me and told me I would receive the funds within 5 day but I did not receive the funds. When I did not receive the funds, I called chase and was told the branch manager did not do her job and was supposed to request the transfer of funds on her end. It’s been a month without access to thousands of dollars. I will NEVER bank here again.

Worst bank ever. These people don’t care at all. They’ve held my money hostage for over a month and won’t do what they say they’re going to do. These employees all need to fired.
