Customer service is terrible, incompetent employees at entrance, rather than making things easier for customers they make it complicated to see someone. They have 45 min wait due to understaffed and restrooms closed to customers. P.s. ATM do not work. Its sad to have a large bank running this way.

The service has always been bad and slow, and now to see the U.S.A and Texas flags being treated this way in addition to both ATMs not working is so sad
