Went in at 9am to add an account for my business (we already have one open). No customers there and 4 employees standing around. Was told they cannot help me.

Atm in drive thru is always down. They have three lanes on the outside that are always closed. Please install more atms or fix the only atm in the drive thru lanes.

I mainly come here to withdraw money so I can ride the bus to and from work, though I haven’t had a bad experience yet so I’ll keep coming back! Customer service here is good!
