Wish I could give less that 1 star. Javier Hernandez was so unprofessional. Rushed me, talked to me like I was incompetent, disrespected me. I will never be visiting this chase ever again.

The costumer service was horrible I had troubles with a Apple Pay and cash app ( I have used both for months with my chase card) both saying it was declined by chase when I asked they just told me to use zale and they couldn’t do anything about it they seem annoyed they didn’t bother to look up my account to see what was the issue I also talked with the manager and she told me she can’t do anything about it in the same visit I cashed a check and they never once asked me for my ID to verify so it could have been anyone who could have cashed my check won’t be coming back

This branch is very near my home. It is super convenient and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like that there are two ATM machines - one in front if I want to choose denominations and one in back if I want to drive through. Happy to have them as part of the neighborhood!

Horrible customer service, I call and either get HUNG up on, or no one will answer the line and I then have to wait for the automated system to tell me they are busy and to call a different number-which no one answers on either. HORRIBLE customer service!

This is a wonderful bank! I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be waited on and the longest I had to wait was for my safety deposit box. That was 15 minutes, BUT I was told it would take that long.The tellers are very friendly and greet you by name.Definitely my favorite Branch.

I've been a loyal customer since they opened. The tellers get to know you. Remember lobbies are closed now so I did the drive through and the male teller who I haven't worked with was super nice. You need to make appointments through a 1-800 number if you need to see a banker in person or get to your safe deposit box. Highly recommended!

I am never going to this bank again! Chase is the biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry. We are in a climate crisis, and I will not accept my money being used to fund the industry that is fueling climate change. I am taking all my money our of Chase and closing my credit cards accounts.

Don't use zelle or quickpay Chase is letting cyber criminals game the system by registering your info at a different bank and you dont get money people send you and the cyber criminal keeps the money
