The customer service at 2435 Kirby is excellent! Tanner was very helpful even though Chase could not solve my problem of retrieving my old 2004 bank statements.

Great customer service every time! Jake Ranostaj and everyone else are super friendly and helpful. Jake took the time to research, made multiple phone calls, patiently sat through extended wait times, and successfully resolved issues with my new business account. This is my new favorite branch!
