Bad customer service been with chase for years never experienced it until I came to this location

This chase location is set in a busy area, and is always extremely busy. Parking is hard to find, in addition getting in and out of the shopping strip is a struggle. The interior of this location is clean, but frustrated customers and staff make for a foul atmosphere.
