I know why this bank is rated poorly. Everyone works very slowly. They don't care about customer service. My first time visiting this bank gave me a very bad impression.

HORRIBLE wait time. It’s never enough workers at the window. Meanwhile, there’s employees and the manager Brittani walking around not doing ANYTHING. I only come here for Michelle, but it’s getting to where i do not want to frequent this location at all.
