Worst wait time during lunch hours. They know they were closed for a holiday and didn't plan accordingly to staff or schedule their lunches before the lunch crowd that could not come on a bank Holiday. Only 2 tellers working and I've been here 30 minutes and still waiting.

Alina and Melissa at the North frwy location were such a delight to speak with. They both were very personable, professional, kind, patient and even funny. 20 out of 10. best experience ever
