I came just to get a print out of my business transaction and the lady in the front told me right away that i can print it out my self. I went to another branch and they print everything out for me with no problem

I went Saturday to make a withdrawal for my checking account. Walked inside gave the teller my slip with dollar amount. She looks at it and tells me that the bank doesn't have any money. I told her you must be joking. You don't have any money to cover my withdrawal? This pissed me off. I have inever n my life heard or been told that bank is not able to cover withdrawal. Come this Monday Im withdrawing all my money from them. ? Even if I have to go to another location.to get it all out.

Large bank with two ?s located by the front door. The drive-thru and the ? setup is a little confusing. There are two ? located in the parking lot in front (south side) of the building. The teller assisted drive-thru lanes are located on the rear (north side) of the building. This bank has a large, spacious lobby. This is a good location to hit the ? before shopping at Gulfgate Mall. Easy access in and out of the parking lot. It's a convenient location close to Gulfgate Mall.

If your ATMs are down all the time buy some more. If they are broken why do they have a green light. You have billions, use some of it to service your customers
