Went in to open an account on time. Waited for someone to assist me. After a few minutes the lady asked for my name and replied I was 5 minutes late after I have been waiting. Service here is horrible. Will take my money elsewhere.

I walked in noon Thursday, no people. And the employees didn’t want to work as they claim it’s easier doing it online they denied helping me or giving me information. Two women at the front and the dark skin male refused me an appointment. I only went to chase because they claimed to have better customer service.

Mr. Ricky and his team, our absolutely fantastic individuals. They go above and beyond, they take care of any of your needs. If I was going to make anywhere, it would have to be there. They definitely know what they're doing. Thank you again
