Probably the ugliest major bank I have seen. Run down and dirty. ATMs are constantly down. Install more ATMs, it's the biggest bank in the US and almost every chase I go to in HTX has ATMs down.

Terrible service waited over 30 mins when it was completely empty !! Also it’s handicap ramp is blocked by a tree stump very dangerous!!!
