Teller refused to count my change for me. I’ve never had that issue at other locations so I was suprised when she said they don’t do that for you. Didn’t even offer to help me instead told me I should roll it up myself or go to Walmart coin machine. Rude and frankly slackish.

I want to thank this Chase Bank in Bellarie. I lost my debit card and need to change my address because of the storm and the electricity problem. And they give me a solution for both problems. I really just want to thank Chase Bank 👌

Terrible service. They couldn't even cash a check......had to get a manager to help. Manager could not cash check either. She gave my driver's license to someone in the drive through window. Another teller had to chase down the car they gave my license to. Absolutely worst bank I've ever been to!

Prominently located in the heart of Bellaire Chinatown, this Chase branch is the only one that I've found that also incorporates the Chinese name ("大通銀行") and has a number of employees that are multi-lingual in several languages. (#1) Unlike the many modern, small'ish branches throughout the city, this location actually feels and looks like a real bank. It's semi-old school looking brick building that is clean on the inside with a good amount of tellers working on any given day and bankers that handle in-person appointments. Parking is never an issue. If anything, the lot is a little too empty at times. Like any office building, it's also incredibly stuffy which is why I find myself at their drive-thru ATM often. The immediate knock is that on occasion, one of their ATMs is out of service. Thankfully the line has never been too long and they have several inside. Location is clutch. It's on the same side as Dun Huang Plaza (#2) and is an easy option for folks looking to get some cash before heading in. ___________ (#1) For a hot second, I thought I was back in NYC. (#2)

We came in to get a new calendar and crisp bills to give out to the young ones for the Chinese New Year. We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member, a slim young woman with long hair.She couldn't find a calendar and went to ask one of the bankers, who had an extra one. Then, she went behind the counter and helped us with crisp, new bills! She ran the bills through twice in the machine facing us.She made us feel welcome and valued. Then, as we were leaving, the Caucasian guard wished us a happy new year in Chinese!
