The store has wonderful prizes and clothing options, but unfortunately, it is quite dusty. I visited yesterday and while trying on some pants, I noticed the floor being cleaned, which stirred up a lot of dust. Additionally, I observed a dust bunny flying around and upon looking up in the dressing room, I was surprised to see a significant amount of dirt on the walls, mirrors, and the top of the dressing room. I brought this to the attention of a sales associate, and her response was that she wears a mask for that reason.

If you find some good stuff here, maybe you'll say Bow Chicka Wow Wow.Barbi thought Chico's was pretty good, and it's one of those stores where if you find something she likes, then the price is usually not too bad, but most of the clothing in here is not scandalous enough for her to wear.

I bought a pair of pants a few weeks ago. When I put the first pair on within 3 hours they had stretched to where they were almost falling off. Unfortunately I had tossed the receipt (most places can find your payment from your credit card). They could not 'find' me in the system. They did finally find me, but with the wrong phone number. Then there was not charge on that account. Rather than apologizing for clothing that did not work out, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. (the tags were still on one of the pairs of pants). I just left the defective pants and walked out of the store. I have been a patron of Chicos for many years, but unfortunately this experience has made me rethink my loyalty to the brand. For certain, I will never purchase anything from this particular store.

I went in to look and Kyana was amazing! She picked out outfits and then was HONEST with me on how each one looked. I put a few things back but I'm returning to buy them. Will return over and over.
