CXM is always willing to work with the customer for a successful project completion. They have knowledgeable personnel who give suggestions on how to fix a problem, not just say there is one. I'd work with them again.

The CXM product is very easy to use and just makes sense when configuring users, agents or stations. Tech support has been very quick to respond and is always willing to explain the different settings and features.
