Great place to live! Have been here for 2 years with no problems. Leasing office has always been extremely nice & helpful with any issues. Maintenance always comes the day of calling to fix any problems. Pest control comes whenever you need them. The apartment itself is beautiful & rent is fair as well!

I have lived here for 3 years now, love my apartment. I have never had any problems with the office, the girls there are always so helpful and the maintenance guys are awesome.

The location is excellent and the front desk staff is nice. I really enjoy how close it is the Galleria and 59, it's a short trip to downtown and sugarland. The landscaping is amazing and you get to really escape. Highly recommend!
