Natalie was very helpful and had a good attitude when telling me the prices of the vet medications. The man with the beard is always helpful even when I ask the same thing frequently sometimes for more clarity. They all recommend using the app which I’ve gotten the hang of.

Jonathan is always kind, patient, and very helpful when he answers the phone. I request refills through the app and pick up when I receive notification that my order is ready. Never had an issue and the staff has always been polite.
