This is the reason why a supermarket is a supermarket and a pharmacy should only be a pharmacy.
Three days to fill a simple order, when going to pay, they want to charge a ridiculously high price (like one and a half year supply price for one month). I informed them about the potential mistake, it took them a lot of time to re do the billing.
First and last time using their service.
The personnel are nice though.
Update, after 45 minutes waiting, I approached them and asked. They didn't even remember why I was there (and in those 45 minutes they only saw 4 other people, it's not like it was busy). I had to re explain and do all the things again.
More than annoying. Can I give 0 stars?

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered, everything you call, they put you on hold forever and after close to 30 min wait, they pick up and hang up on you. When you do get the pleasure to speak to them after a long wait, the tech
is extremely rude and condescending. For how much they are charging for membership, you should be able to get much better service elsewhere. It is pathetic and they put many med on backorder for almost a year. Run away unless you are sadist

I couldn’t get my prescription filled at Walgreens and because it was back ordered they kept canceling it. Yuk. I had that prescription transferred to Costco Pharmacy and they filled it the next day. I’m sold on these guys.

Overall, the staff here is pleasant but the wait times can be long during busy hours. I've switched to getting all my prescriptions filled here, and the all the pharmacy staff have been kind and helpful. The wait time for vaccinations can be long if you do not have an appointment, but that is a given.

Yesterday, I visited the pharmacy to receive a vaccine shot. Unfortunately, my experience with Mirna Radwan was marred by her rudeness and aggressiveness. I tried to be polite and understanding, but she spoke harshly and instructed me not to move and not to talk!! When I asked a question about the second dose, she ignored me and just left. I don’t know what was the reason behind such rudeness. I was surprised by her behavior. So sad! Do better Costco!

It was very slow, it seemed like they were under staff with on pharmacist. In general pharmacy staff were nice.

I am so sad I didn't remember the guys name he went above and beyond his duties to get my medication and it was just so nice to have some real caring help!

Super sweet and informative staff! I love the fact that you don’t have a Costco membership to just go straight in pick up your meds and dash back out!

Great staff
