  Went to cougar byte in hopes of fixing my ipod mini, which had stopped responding for reasons I wasnt sure of. Communication was responsive and professional, and my ipod was indeed fixed! If you dont have nimble enough hands to fix your own devices i highly recommend dropping in :]

  I was struggling to install windows 11 onto my pc that i built, i tried everything online and nothing worked. I went to best buy and geek squad quoted me $270! Thats more than half if what i spent to build it. Matt helped me install it in under an hour with his technical help and it only costed me $8 for a hard drive! Highly... read full comment

  This place is great! Matthew knows so much about computer technology and repairs, and he was incredibly generous with his time to help me with an issue I was having with an old Macbook. This is your friendly neighborhood computer store, right on the UH campus.
