About an hour later I came back, and they had changed my battery in my iPhone at a reasonable price. You really can't ask for anything more than that. Highly recommend. Plus, they have a really chill dog that belongs to one of the staff there. You can pet the dog while you wait.”

“This place is amazing! They where able to unfreeze my iMac, update it, retrieve all of my data, photos & videos I had from my family and basically gave me back my iMac like it was Brand new!I have an iMac Late 2014, I tried to update it myself and my iMac Froze on me! After attempting several things I decided I should stop and not mess with it more than I have because I had photos of my family from years that meant so much to me. I did a Google search and read several reviews on company’s that could possibly fix this and that’s when I called Experimax. I Spoke with Patricia who is very knowledgeable on computers, softwares, updates, Drives etc. She literally explained to me in detail what she thought the problem was and what the process would be. I left my iMac with them and one week later was fixed! I highly recommend this place!”

Dan was very straightforward with pricing and would give me calls as work progressed with updates. “I had been looking every where for a relatively inexpensive computer. I purchased a laptop from Techanew in Feb 2020. I asked for a specific color they customized it blue, which I love. They actually customized the whole computer based on my requirements. I have not had any problems with the computer. In fact I enjoy using it. It has worked out well. I recommend Daniel and his company if your in the the market for a refurbished computer. Be Blessed!”

“My phone screen broke late at night and I had a very early flight the next morning. No other place had the parts for my phone in the Houston area or other stores where closed. Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. They even threw in a free privacy screen protector!I can't overstate the amazing work they did and how helpful they all where to accommodate my situation.The store is filled with an array of interesting items. Everything from cool lago sets, gift ideas to top of the line tech and perfect school laptops/tablets . I assure that this place is worth visiting for phone repairs or just to browse around. “What a gem! My son was given some old computer parts by a neighbor and wanted to rebuild it to make a gaming PC. Our knowledge was limited and we were overwhelmed in finding info online as to what we needed. We came here hoping to get some answers, and everyone we spoke to was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in looking up stuff and explaining what they found. Our sales guy DJ was especially helpful and spent a ton of time with us. In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. Once we save up a bit, we'll be back to get a prebuilt, and this is now our go-to store for any computer needs.”

“Tldr: they offer a great experience as well as quick and quality repairs.The gremlins aka cats cracked my boyfriend’s laptop screen. We initially took the laptop to Microcenter where they held on to it for 3 weeks without any updates, only to find out the screen was out of stock and still had to pay a fee.I found LSI computers on Lenovo’s authorized repair list. Gave them a call and they took my laptop and ordered the screen same day. Tony promised me that they could repair the laptop in 2 days.When the two day mark hit, Tony updated me that they were shipped a cracked screen. It was really nice to be informed there was a delay and I didn’t mind. They got a second screen and fixed the laptop in less than a week.Overall, I’m happy with my experience and with the quality and speed of the repair. I hope nothing happens to the laptop but if it does I’ll immediately take it to LSI computers.”

“We've been going to Consumers Computer Exchange (CCX) for not 10 years, not 20, but at least 30 years (!) What that tells you is - besides our being pretty old - that CCX is really good at upgrading or repairing computers. And that's an understatement. Walter, the owner and head digital guru, not only is polite, friendly and honest, but can communicate often times complicated information in a simple and straightforward way. He isn't there to dazzle you with his knowledge (although that might happen along the way). He knows your main concerns are 1) What's wrong? and 2) How much will it cost? Not one time has he been unable to solve the problem, or given us a price that wasn't reasonable. That his shop is conveniently located near I-10 is another bonus. So before you take your computer to a big-box store or someplace you see on the street, either of which is likely to turn into a stress-fest, let CCX have a look. Chances are that the quality of work will be higher, and cost less.”
