“My 14-year-old desktop Mac kept shutting down unexpectedly. I took it to Experimax who informed me later that it was basically DOA. I couldn't afford a new Mac, and they were able to set me up with a 2021 refurbished Mac (with a 1-year warranty) that runs beautifully. They ran into an issue with moving my documents from my old computer to my new one. These folks went above and beyond the call of duty working with Microsoft to figure out why my docs were not transferring. Unfortunately, I did lose some of my docs, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services if you're having technology problems with any of your devices.”

Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. “I had an amazing experience here! I was really nervous I completely broke one of my keys in half and my laptop was getting very hot after only a few minutes of using. He was so friendly and helpful told me where to look for and cleaned my laptop and added cooling gel. I loved the results so much I brought my brother’s laptop in for cleaning too. Amazing prices too! He also popped in my key once it came in. 10/10 experience and will for sure be coming back ! :)”
