I had a great experience at this specific storage facility… Jennifer was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for any question or issue had with my storage unit! I’ve been a mini different storage facilities in this one exceeded my expectations because of the staff specifically the manager Jennifer!

So my experience with extra space storage was a great one. I needed some extra space about transitioning some things in life. I use the unit for about a year and a half and the management on site was amazing. I would definitely rent with them again should the need ever arise.
They made the entire process really easy, and really the staff on site is what made the difference. Awesome people! People awesome experience.

Best experience ever, property manager (Chelsea) was very professional & knowledgeable of the units. She help me with her knowledge to get the best unit that would fit me. Moving in was a breeze, paperwork payment w/ auto pay access to unit was explained perfectly & professionally

Update: I moved out early and they were great about calling me and letting me know about my refunds. I paid 6 months in advance and didnt use all 6. Saved me from having to do it and definitely glad I didn't have to harass anyone. Smooth and fast!!! Thank you.
