Reading all of the reviews this isn't anything new. Please do not use this pharmacy especially for anything you need that is critical for your health. I received a text from them saying my prescription would not be available until 2/1 when it was able to be filled 1/9. I called and they said oh okay we don't have it in stock. I asked when they will have it in stock and they said not sure. Okay? I called another CVS so my doctor could just transfer the prescription there and the pharmacist said none of this made sense because she could see they had my medicine in stock. I called the original pharmacy back and she said they will get the shipment on 1/11 but couldn't tell me when I could pick it up. There was also a man robbing the place on a previous visit there and I should have just transferred pharmacies then. This place is awful and should not be handling prescriptions.

African American women slapped our face saying they were closed right at 10:58pm when their closing time is 11pm. We were just trying to get 1 thing. There’s no need to give us attitude like that. Your customer service need some improvement.

Only had 2 self check out machines. Two workers were at the front so I kindly requested they complete the check out for me at the regular register, they refused. Customers do not have the time to play the role of cashiers and baggers.

I've had a terrible experience at this store by the pharmacist it is frightening that some of these people are allowed to handle your medication when they behave with ignorance and rudeness .

went there and the drink section was a little empty. i did find something for me, but what absolutely made my day was the employee behind the counter on sunday 09/10 around 2pm, who greeted everyone with the brightest smile even though she didn't really need to interact with people, because of the 2 automatic cash registers. She is blessed with the gift of contagious smile and i wish the best life for her

As the other comments have stated, this is truly the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using.1) My RX has gone missing (ie unfilled) multiple times - even though I have received notification that it is ready for pickup. When the pharmacist or pharm tech ensures that my RX will be ready for pick up the next day, it is STILL UNFILLED. This has happened twice. And I have gone without my RX for days.2) Incorrect refills. My RX requires a 30 day refill; however, my RX keeps getting filled at a 10 day refill even after I have asked them to change it. Please note that my doctor has never changed my RX.3) Fluctuating prices. I used to fill my RX down the street at Kroger and paid $1.68 each month. Due to my insurance changing their services, I moved to CVS where they charged me a different price every month (my insurance did not change - just which pharmacy I can go to). One month it will be $10, the next $3, then $1, then $7. I have to ask them to check if there are coupons. They will say NO until I pull up a GoodRX coupon on my phone and ask them to scan it. Only then will they pull up a coupon on their end.4) The above three incidents are dangerous (my RX is for quality of life but what if my medications are for me stay alive?), but what is truly awful and makes this particular pharmacy the 8th level of hell is the customer service. The pharmacy techs (not pharmacists) are rude and have an attitude. I have witnessed their bad customer service with patients ahead of me in line, in addition to experiencing it myself. When you ask the techs questions, they will be short, give you looks, and generally refuse to help you other than handing you meds and swiping your card.

Called to order prescription for my wife. The lady I spoke to on the phone at 11:18am was an absolutely disgusting bitch to speak to. When told she couldn't find my wife in the system I asked her a question and she laughed. My wife couldn't call in her order and I couldn't imagine what she could've potentially wen through. Whoever this employee is needs to be fired so someone with some morality can fill that position and make CVS Pharmacy better.

This is the worst pharmacy service I’ve ever experienced. After the app says prescription is ready well is not. My doctor had to call three times so they can finally give me my medicines

Alfreda was fantastic and helped me tremendously during my visit! The customer care was palpable. She found the time item I was looking for with no barcode, applied my rain check, and even gently talked me into reactivating my CarePass today-- So glad I did. She's a keeper and serves this location well. Cheers!

Rude pharmacy staff. Medications over priced and they could care less how soon they fill your prescription. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I would have no stars if I could...I walked in to use the restroom it was locked...I asked the associate in the pharmacy she told me that she would call someone & she did.. No one NEVER came... I walked to the front & the associate to open the door...She was not helping anyone I walked to restroom and waited No one NEVER came... I walked back up to the front now she helping someone else... I told her I asked you to open the door when no one was up here.. she said she was by herself and now I have to wait...the I spoke withe manager on duty an her expression showed she didn't care... The customer service is horrible here... I would say they were being racist but these were black also .
