“My return today was the most wonderful experience. I purchased a pair of Skechers, which didn’t fit well. So you can imagine my level of anxiety in having to keep a pair of ill fitting sandals, if my return wasn’t accepted! I attempted to return this at Finishline, and for some obscure reason my order couldn’t be found. I then went over to AYS and Maricella assisted me. Once again, the order couldn’t be found. After collaborating with another colleague, and making the extra effort to figure out what the problem was, my return was completed. Thank you!”

“Time to Marshall the troops and head back up here to look for another sleeveless coat perhaps? Their selection isn't bad, and is cheap. This Marshall's is on the Northside and it's usually not too busy. It's next to my gym on Airline and is in a big Plaza a fairly new retail stores. It's not too bad and I usually find some stuff in here that I like. Service is okay as well. So all in all? Pretty good Marshalls location in an area that doesn't have a lot of stuff like this.”

“I love Marshalls, like everybody who likes good products at a great price. There I buy food products, French soaps, candles, but rarely clothes or shoes. Unfortunately, they mainly have clothes with polyester or whatsoever while I prefer natural materials. I find bags with initials ugly with no creativity, but for people who love it, they have St Laurent bags or Vuiton or Prada, and others at a fraction of the price.
You need to go there without expectations and you will not be disappointed.”

Despite the store being crowded, we received excellent assistance from a wonderful associate named Irma. “Ross is a treasure trove for bargain hunters! My mother and I always find amazing deals on everything from clothing and home goods to accessories and gifts. Their constantly rotating inventory means there's always something new to discover, and I often walk out with more than I intended – in the best way possible. The prices are consistently fantastic, making it a go-to spot for stretching my budget without sacrificing style or quality. The checkout process is usually efficient, and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and helpful.
My only consistent complaint, however, is the state of the restrooms. They often leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It's a minor point in the grand scheme of things, but it's definitely something that could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Despite the restroom issue, I highly recommend Ross for anyone looking for great deals and a fun, unpredictable shopping adventure!”
