DICK'S Sporting Goods in Houston is a go-to destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. The store is very nice and two stories with lots of great stuff, carrying a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. The shoe department is on point with cool shoes. The knowledgeable staff and service teams are very friendly and helpful. They help customers find the perfect baseball gloves, tune up bikes, fit for new golf clubs, and set up fishing equipment. Employees are extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and mannerly, managing service well even when busy. You can tell they care about the customers. It is a place where families have so much fun, and they offer great deals on items like bikes. Customers can find the lowest prices online and pick up in store.
Customer service was terrible. So many associates but none offered any assistance. I was there shopping for shoes. There were 4 associates in that department all playing in their phones. Great service from Hamilton! I found a wide selection of sweatpants and various colors. Exactly what I came to purchase 😀. What was out of stock in store I immediately bought online and even caught a deal! 🛍️ 🛒 🧾
