Hours say 8:00AM and for the 3rd time upon arrival at 8:30AM nobody is there and the door is locked. Please fire your staff they’re not showing up to work on time.

This has to be the worst DG I've ever been too. It was disgusting and the gates were not completely open. The employee were wear PJ's, house shoes and shorts. I only stopped because i need heartburn medicine really bad. The little girl behind the counter say they get robbed all the time and a voice came on overhead and was talking all ghetto; talking about if your stealing get out now but all crazy it was defiantly live and not recorded.

The personal works on the noon I think they need a training because wen we pass to cashier to pay for the stuff they don’t tell you nothing like hi how are you? Have a good day. Nothing if you see their face just like they’re mad all day I think that they need to give to training so they can be more friendly with the customers??????

This is the worst dollar store in town.. And thats saying a lot because they're some ghetto places in Houston.. Management is terrible just allow people to hang in the parking lot . Because feel like you could be mugged at anytime wouldn't surprise me if it was by one of the employees.. Avoid this store.. Sad that it's so new and it's already trashed .. Needs some management that actually carss about their jobs ,and how the place appears to the public..AVOID THIS STORE.. THEIRS ONE DOWN THE STREET BY HAVERSTOCK THAT'S BETTER THAN THIS ..

Came to the store and found everything except the customer service was not there very rude lady did not care to help us while being on the phone. She said she did not want to work there and did not care if they saw her not doing her job. Will not recommend to come back and shop at this location.

Management is rude and unprofessional the older black lady is rude and hasn't been trained properly. The only person who demonstrated any professionalism is the Hispanic young man stocking. Everyone else should be fired. The store is so dysfunctional it should be shut down immediately.

This store needs help the management is terrible they don't open on time but they sure close early.. I went in to get cleaning supplies for my car . An I put the items in the basket as any normal person would an as I made it to the second isle one of the employees starts screaming at me to take everything out of my pockets if she would have done it quietly it making a huge scene things might have been different but that not how it was handled .. After the huge scene she created I showed her there was nothing in any I'm pockets and now feeling embarrassed I just left I'll never go back the place is out of control.. And need to check the laws before saying anything to anyone else because you can carry item in your pockets to the register you just have to pay for them, it is not stealing unless you try to actually leave the store . Problem with my situ6is I didn't even have anything in my pockets .... I was really hopeful for this store when it was first built in the neighborhood but no one wants to be wrongly accused of stealing and publicly shamed specially when they done nothing wrong...

Management is Horrible & Beyond rude very uneducated. I only keep coming do to the New hire sabrina Sweet Red head she Very Good at her job & helping anyway she can. This store could use new Management soon before regulars stop coming .

June 3rd, 2023- It’s 8:45 and it was already closed. There were 5 people outside, 1 lady was knocking and the girl at the register said they were closed and that they close at 8:45. The website and sign both say they close at 9.
