This is a Dollar general... Is there one that has five stars? When I forget something at a larger store, this store can usually get me by until the next big shop. It's a step up from a gas station.

They have NO carts and NO hand baskets. When I asked about it, was told that the shoplifters made sure of that. How TF is anyone supposed to shop there if they don't have any baskets or carts?
