Untrustworthy! I brought my Rolex in for service and when I got it back the serial # had been scratched off. Did he swap it? I don't know! Something's not right!

The guy working there seemed terribly inconvenienced that we were looking for a ring. He didn't bother to speak very much to us. I guess he doesn't need the business. This is a rating for the service only.
