I had a great experience at this enterprise location . Customer service was excellent . Pablo lopez went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied . After a long day of work and picking up my rental , He made the process so smooth and easy . Will be coming back to this location for any future rentals .

This is the third time that I have rented from this location. Lay (Alaja) is always very helpful and professional with great customer experience. vehicles were presentable, neat, & clean. It was a pleasure working with her, I couldn't ve been happier!

My husband and I had a very good experience at this location, I did reserve online for Greenspoint enterprise location and unfortunately next morning around 10am did not have vehicle due to me reserving to soon. **Please reserve 24hours before making plans specially online just my 2cent here**.Brian at Greenspoint location immediately made phone calls to a few enterprise near by and also at 45N and 1960rd area asking if they had any large vehicles available and this was the one he sent our reservation too. We got there in about 10mins and a gentleman name Pablo took care of us answered all of our questions since we were first timers. Once we got back from our trip we made sure the vehicle was clean and all set and Ms. Lay I truly hope and pray I got her name right. She was just an amazing spirit it was a pleasure to have spoken to her she kindly answered our concerns since again it was our first time renting. Thank you Brian, Pablo and beautiful Ms. Lay for your patience and for letting us reserve and rent your vehicle may God give y’all the peace for the customers always and again thank you we got the chance to humbly celebrate my daughter sweet16.

I tried renting a car yesterday and was told a driver would be at my location to pick me up at 4:30 p.m..At 4:45 p.m. when no driver had yet arrived, I called the store and was on hold for 25 minutes. I took a screenshot to have evidence of my follow-up and hung up and tried calling back. As the store closes at 5:30, I gave up on my hold at 5:25 p.m..I was never called or notified of why the driver was not there.I called the store back the next morning and was given 15% off 1 days rental but they tried to charge me two days rental because they said I would be returning the car an hour later the next day rather than asking me if I choose to return within 24 hours. They took it upon themselves and assumed I wanted the car for 25 hours and tried to charge me for two daysAnd again I waited for a driver for an hour-and-a-half this morningThe driver never showed up.Everybody kept telling me there was nothing they can do about it and it wasn't their fault and it was the fault of another store and I just kept getting put off and then excuses and up chargesBut they kept telling me they would be happy to help me and reserve another car for me ..... I now have five hours to complete all my business before tomorrow morning.This is a horrible in position to be in and they have greatly imposed on my work plans with their incompetency.I canceled my reservation and will be going to a dependable other source for vehicle rental

Received a car with a tire-is-low signal on.Won't go off upon re-airing tires.Tip of tire stem is chipped making inflation of problematic tire difficult.Smells like someone urinated in car vent, but fortunately the smell has waned with AC use and after having inhaled aroma during tortuous work commutes.Asked for a new car- was told I was unlikely to get one of the same class (what the insurance would cover) that day or next day.**Note** The correct answer would have been to get one for the customer that day given the above.Not to mention it was/is (malfunctioning tire pressure indicator) a potential safety issue (low tire @ ~ 19 psi when I got the car) but perhaps this is a lapse in training that can be addressed.Waited for a very long time (hours) to get the rental (was a walk-in though).Didn't much care for the car I was picked up from the body shop having greasy coated handles on the seat adjustment so I could get my legs into the SUV. Made a point of repeatedly rubbing my fingers together to indicate the issue. Employee was inattentive or unconcerned.Didn't appreciate having to make room for my legs to begin with but is not a valet service.Gave two stars because they had vehicles available- eventually, however dysfunctional or malodorous.

I just experienced first class discrimination from a salesman Alex. I applied to 2 cars last night and know that my credit is not great due to business liability I have going on. More than willing to put the high down payment down that the approved application required. Which was upward of $9,000+.The application tells me that I will receive a phone call the next day. I never got a phone call. I call them, and the guy that answers the phone reveals that my file, that Alex notated by the way, he called me and informed me of my deposit in the morning. I tell the man over the phone that no one called my phone. Confused we both were, he puts me on hold to talk to this Alex guy.After being on hold he tells me that Alex said AGAIN that he called me and that he’s with a client. Hmmm, I don’t like the sound of this.I’m not scared of a down payment! So, what happened was, Alex saw that I had a high down payment and ASSUMED it wouldn’t be worth contacting me. Hurried up and notated my file and moved on with his day. WRONG! I want my damn car! Now when the man over the phone realizes I have the money to put down, it’s a different tune being sung. I wanted to speak to the manager after the guy on the phone basically threw his coworker Alex under the bus by confirming in so many words that I was discriminated against and now he wanted to be the hero and help me lol! TERRIBLE!The manager calls me back and had some sense but the damage was already done. Word of advice; treat all potential customers the same. I wasted my time thinking I was going to get good service and a vehicle or 2! I don’t need a handout or suggestions on how to lower my down payment. I want a vehicle. I got the money. No matter any circumstance that clients bring my way, I treat them all equal. You’ll be surprised what type of rabbit can be pulled out of a hat by the same people you’re judging.So, if your credit is less than perfect, expect to be treated poorly or discriminated against. Or maybe, not even called back! You’re not worth the time. Take your money else where, like I’m doing.

They were the first out of 6 other locations that actually had vehicles ready to go. The customer service rep was super nice and explained everything very well. In and out of there in a great rental in under 20 minutes. Thanks Enterprise!

Everything was going great until 16 days after I return car I get hit with a $132.85 charge that Enterprise has 0 documentation of. Have talked with 2 separate people, each time they show no record of this charge and can't explain it, although the charge is coming from this Enterprise location. I've been sent to their "accountant" twice, and given the "accountants" phone numbers... no answers, no replies. Will be disputing the charge with my CC, but this is absurd.How do you charge someone $132.85 to their credit card and have NO RECORD of it at all? If I were given an explanation of the charge, I wouldn't have an issue with it... but if you can't tell me why and back that up with "it doesn't exist in our system", like I'm making this up, then that's where my problem is.

My experience was mixed. I liked how friendly they were and the assistant manager who took care of me definitely tried to get me the best rate possible. The problem was they overbilled me. When I looked at my credit card bill a week later I saw they charged me for 2 extra days, because THEY picked up the car two days after I left it at the car repair shop, which they had made clear I could do and I notified them that I had. After they rectified the mistake the guy on the phone said “glad we got this worked out”. I’m like no dude you should say “I’m so sorry this happened”! People have no idea how to treat customers anymore.

I called 3 times prior to coming here and after being on hold over 20 minutes each time I was not able to get through. I had a reservation and still had to wait well over an hour to be assisted when I arrived in person. I took even longer once I spoke to some to actually get in a car.

Most cars I've been assigned are not the best quality. My most recent rental was horrible! The first Camary I was given had a strong chemical scent. I returned it within 30 minutes, and then the second Camary had an odor of mildew, or as if it had water intrusion before. Supposedly, that was all they had, normally the excuse, I really had no options but to take it as I had a short deadline to be at my work location and couldn't wait for a possible replacement! My boss had to get air fresheners to mask the smell. The cars are extremely worn, but they continue to use them! Why would this car be rented to any paying customer!
