About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides car rentals at many airport and Houston locations, serving customers in Texas and over 30 countries worldwide. Reviews highlight generally pleasant experiences with quick, smooth pick-ups and returns, often completed in under ten minutes. Customers report receiving clean, well-maintained vehicles, including last-minute SUV rentals on weekends. Representatives are consistently described as courteous, professional, and polite, often working hard to provide good customer service. The booking process via phone, online, or the app is noted as seamless. However, some reviewers mention that the vehicle selection can be disappointing regarding size or condition, and note that the overall rental system can sometimes be inefficient, requiring significant time despite the staff's stellar efforts. The company is appreciated for its availability and ability to meet urgent needs.

I needed a loaner twice in a 2 week span. The employees were polite and very proficient in company procedures. On both occasions the vehicles provided were new and clean. I would certainly recommend Enterprise to anyone that needs a rental.
