About Exell Grocery
Exell Grocery is a busy location with friendly and helpful staff, making deliveries smooth when approached correctly. Entrance can be tricky; it is recommended to enter from Fairbanks North Houston Road, as the main gate opens at 7:00 am. Unloading is generally quick, often before the appointment time, with an average unload time of about 2 to 3 hours. The site is somewhat tight, with pallets, vehicles, and other items around, so drivers should be cautious. There are no restrooms or overnight parking available. It is advised not to use Flintlock Road for delivery, as it can be difficult for semi-trucks to access.

Entering for delivery can be tricky. I recommend entering from Fairbanks. There is a sign for receiving office. Unloading is pretty quick. No restrooms and no parking overnight.
