Had an initial issue with my room upon checking in. Discussed issue with Lala and problem was immediately handled. She provides excellent customer service and I am grateful for her professionalism.

It’s good for a short term stay. Many work orders requested about a week ago and not completed.
The best part is the morning greeting from Emerson. Exceptional hospitality skills.
