EZPAWN located at 2301 Wirt Rd. is a friendly pawn shop that aims to provide quick cash and quality service. Customers can easily get a loan or sell their items for instant cash on the spot. The store offers a selection of pre-owned, brand-name items at low prices, and layaway is available all year. The staff is known for being friendly, helpful, and professional, making shopping and loan experiences smooth and pleasant. Customers appreciate the fair prices offered for gold and other items, along with the good customer service from employees like Josh and Angela, who are recognized for their helpful and professional attitude. The store is well-maintained, clean, and free of clutter, creating a welcoming environment. However, some reviews caution against bringing high-end designer bags, such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermés, or Yves Saint Laurent, as staff may damage or devalue these luxury items during appraisal. One reviewer shared a negative experience where their luxury handbags were torn and mishandled, resulting in significant damage and reduced value. Despite this, many customers have had positive interactions, leaving satisfied with their purchases and loans. EZPAWN is a proud part of the Houston community and is committed to helping customers get quick cash while offering friendly service and quality products.
