They must be close to going out of business. Paid 452 towards 489 and layaway says I have payments of 4.84 a month until May but I was told come pay it or loose it. How rude, I would never treat customers like the 38$ was going to break an almost 500 deal. I didn't even pawn it. Someone I thought was a friend stole it and pawned it. I should've just called the cops to get it for me. Thieves belong in jail anyway.

My experience wasn’t so pleasant. The shift worker Joe was not customer friendly. He needs to go back to training. He wasn’t a decent bargaining sponsor. I let him know that the review would not work in his favor. lol pass by and hit the gas, 2 stars don’t drop in there.

Great pawn shop with good deals! The guys working the store (Anthony & Joe.. or Joe & Anthony) are easy to deal with and offered me a great deal for my nephews who came to visit. Def recommend this place. Thanks guys

Do NOT bring your CHANEL Yves Aaimt Laurent Bottega’s Louis Vuitton Hermés etc high end bags or other leather goods. The staff here is amazingly friendly and offer fair loan or cash prices to buy gold. However, they will put creases and downright damage your $3500-$28,000 luxury handbags and treat them like garage sale bags. The manager just took his hands in my YSL and tore the inside out and then threw it down on the counter. Didn’t even use vinyl gloves. The other guy spent the flap of my Chanel classic flap bag all the way backwards, creasing it up, which we all know lower the value of the bag and downright damage is it. I’m not sure of other locations, but this location certainly does not know how to authenticate Chanel’s. One of the employees was looking for a number in my Chanel classic flap, Didn’t look at the insignia on the hardware or the stitching or the leather patterning. On top of that I was offered $200 on an $800 bag when prior I was offered $500 on a $6000 ring Which is actually a great value for a new customer trying to build a relationship with my local pawn shop. I would 100% do business with them again on anything from tools to jewelry, household appliances, and instruments. Certainly beware that if you take your high-end handbags here, you may walk out, not only with no loan, but also a significant decrease in the value of your high-end luxury good

The pawnbrokers, customer service lady, and manager were very nice and helpful. I originally went in looking for tools for my uncle and ended up leaving with that plus more. I found a great set of wrenches, a power drill that was in excellent condition. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. They offered advice on the best tools for my uncle's projects. And I left feeling satisfied with my purchases, I would definitely recommend to others.
