“I got an ID reaction (itchy rash that spreads all over your body) from an infection on my foot that wouldn't clear up. It was extremely uncomfortable and starting to disrupt my daily life and emotions. I started looking like E.T. before Dr Anaza stepped in and saved me! Dr Anaza was the second doctor through Sesame Care that I received services from after the first doctor's prescriptions didn't help at all. Dr Anaza presented me with a pretty random and rare diagnosis for the problem that I had not considered before. I am very happy to say that within a matter of a couple of days my ID reaction and infection cleared up and I seem to be successfully on the road to recovery now! I also feel extremely comfortable in her presence. She puts off a caring mother/teacher vibe which I love! Her costs for care through Sesame Care are extremely affordable in comparison to other dermatologist who typically charge $250 a visit! Highly recommend!!”

“My experience at Kelsey has been fantastic. it breaks my heart to read some of these negative reviews. The pediatricians provided quality healthcare to my kids till they went off to college. Dr. McConnell is an amazing OBGYN! She cares and listens to you. My initial relationship with my own doctor was negative but we should learn to give grace. Since that first visit, things have been incredible. I have been with her for almost 6 years. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. She listens, supportive, and is very respectful. The supporting staff are incredible and professional. The quality of care is top notch. I do not negotiate the quality of my healthcare when my insurance is great and there are so many great doctors in Houston.”

“I had my first in-office visit with Gardner Mack, NP and I was very pleased. She was an excellent listener and I felt like we were a team. I gave her my thoughts and testing results I'd had done, and she came up with some "next steps" for me to take in my health journey. So far that includes more diagnostics, but she also gave me some lifestyle advice. My appt. didn't feel rushed at all, I truly felt like we covered everything I wanted to.
The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is because I wasn't completely happy with the scheduling process. The scheduling all happened via text and I had to go back and forth with the scheduler before having an appt. When I tried to call, there was no answer. It was also unclear to me whether there would be paperwork to complete upon my arrival, even though I had filled out the questionnaire on the portal. When I texted the scheduler about it, I got an unhelpful/unclear answer. Even though I did fill out the questionnaire, I had to answer all the same questions again at my in-person appt, so I'm not sure what the point is of having the option to fill it out beforehand.
Overall a good experience.”

“I got a real live person on the phone at the facility on falcon pass drive immediately She helped me upload my insurance card to make the process go faster upon arrival. The fact that is a walk in clinic made me worried I could not get in . I was brought to the back to be seen immediately and complete paperwork there and explain my issues. I was quickly tested - UTI - positive. And reviewing my medical needs etc given a prescription . After I told her my Walgreens was closed the nurse practitioner called
another and I had meds in 10 minutes ! All the staff was great, clean and attentive to needs . I will chose Gemini urgent care First next time!!!”
