I had a terrible experience with this towing company. I parked at a lot near CVS in Midtown, where a “self-parking” sign was clearly displayed. There were no visible instructions for payment, nor anyone present to collect parking fees, so I assumed it was safe to park.
When I returned from dinner, I discovered my car had been towed. After asking the employee at cvs and observing the lot, I realized the scam they are running: a man hides nearby and radios a tow truck as soon as someone walks away, even though there is no legitimate payment system in place. My car was towed in minutes, and I was charged $296.99
To make matters worse, the company doesn’t accept Amex or Discover, likely to avoid disputes over their predatory practices.

This tow truck driver just pulled my car from a CVS parking lot that it was still open in midtown Houston at around 7pm. He was waiting for us to get out of our car and walk inside a restaurant just steps away to take our vehicle . This extremely rude driver even told me he was the one who took it . Then he proceeded to pull another vehicle that was lawfully parked there as well. These guys are thieves. The SCAM they're running at the CVS (CVS DOES NOT ALLOW THIS PAY TO PARK- as I called the corporate number to inform them)The guy in the parking lot waits for someone to park at CVS then hides behind cars, as soon as people walk away , because there is clearly no one collecting parking money, he radios to the tow truck hiding ,and withing minutes your car is towed for $300!!!!

I would give this company no stars if I had to. After reading reviews it’s evident something very illegal is happening here. But not just that! My car was illegally brought to this place and when I went to pick it up the front office lady Donna was extremely rude to be from the very start and had even got into a screaming match with the sweetest older ladies ! She was very rude and I will be praying for her. Not only that she claimed since I didn’t have the same last name as my parents she would not give my car back even tho my lawyer said she was holding it illegally. I’m not usually a person to complain bc I’m a customer service worker but she was absolutely nasty and deserves to be fired! I will pray for her and hope for the best. All I can say is watch out for this lot

Didn't speak English.
Didn't speak Spanish
Almost forgot to secure my vehicle on the tow.
Tried to charge me $375 for 5 miles.
My vehicle got from point a to b at the very least, but not worth the experience.

These criminals towed my car from a side street with no signs on it. Picked it up not even 30 minutes later and was charged $300. How is this even legal?

I would give this company negative stars if it were an option. They were called to assist when my vehicle would not start. The vehicle was in a garage. Initially, the driver could not find the address he was given and advised me that I had the incorrect address when I was actually looking at the address. It only got worse from there. Ultimately, he only wanted to tow the vehicle rather than making a sincere effort to charge the battery enough for it to start. I guess he couldn't be bothered to try to help on a Friday afternoon.

This place deserves no stars.....
My daughter's car was towed, legally taken, or illegally stolen, is not my concern at this moment. She got her car back, and in 6 days, her ball joint snaps while going down the highway. It's 2024. It should not have happened. Now the car is in the shop, and we're being told it'll cost 2.5K to fix it. When the tow company is called, we are told that no one is available to discuss the matter. Due to someone in your company's negligence, my daughter's car was damaged. What are you going to do to make it right?!
