They were paid to pick up my nieces car and never showed up plus they didn't refund the money. Had to pay an additional 200 dollars

Stole money from dad. They were supposed to tow him to next exit free of charge. By city ordinance. They take advantage of people. No phone number to contact. Will be disputing charges and reporting to state.
